This time, we’re joined by mother and son team, Jemma & Sam, who have started their training this week and are absolutely champing at the bit to launch their new Hub Care office in Sutton Coldfield soon.
Jemma joins us from a background in care, and so recognises just how unique Hub Care Support’s model is and the huge difference it will make to both carers and their service users. Her son, Sam, brings not only some youthful energy and enthusiasm, but also some excellent practical business experience which will perfectly complement Jemma’s caring nature in their new business together.
This is especially exciting, as this is our first cross-generational franchise team! Once they’re up and running, we’ll be following up with a more in-depth case study so you can understand exactly what attracted them to the franchise, and how it will help them fulfil all their dreams and ambitions in 2024 and beyond.
