It feels like I am always talking about new Hub Care Support franchisees these days, but this franchise sure is starting to take off in a big way! With 7 franchisees in 11 offices already in place, we’re now welcoming no.8 – Alison from Wigan – who has just finished her training at Hub HQ this week and is looking forward to launching her new business early next month. In the meantime, I also recently spoke to Jemma & Sam, Hub Care Support’s very first cross-generational franchise owners in Sutton Coldfield. The mother and son team’s new business has got off to a flying start, and you can now read their full story here:
It’s a great case study and well worth a read, especially as Jemma has a lot of experience in care, but Sam is very new to it all. However, one of the most interesting parts of their story is how Jemma immediately saw just how different Hub Care Support was the moment she walked into their office on her Discovery Day.
“When I visited the Hub head office, it was totally unlike any other care business’ office I had ever walked into.” Jemma told us. Jemma’s visited a lot of domiciliary care agency offices over the years, and she was immediately struck by two key differences.
