It sure has been a busy few months for Hub Care Support! In the 2 years I have been working with this franchise, I have seen it grow from strength to strength, and this month I am honestly spoilt for choice when it comes to good news stories. So, here’s a quick summary of what’s been happening, and we will follow up with a lot more detail soon:

3 new franchisees joined in summer 2023

In the last couple of months, we have had the great pleasure of welcoming 3 fantastic new partners to the franchise: Mark in Fareham, Fale in Liverpool, and Rosie in Exeter.

Only one of them has a background in care, but with Hub Care Support’s fantastic training and support programme, they’ve all been given the tools they need to confidently launch their new businesses. You can read more about them, and about everyone else in the Hub Care Support network here:

Hub Care franchisee scoops major business award

Hub Care Support’s very first franchisee, Amy from West Herts, not only celebrated her first 12 months with the network earlier this year, but was also awarded Business Woman of the Year in Hertfordshire by the Watford Chamber of Commerce.

This is a wonderful achievement, and a real testament to everything she has achieved in her new career. We often talk about how joining a franchise can give you a major head start in business, but to receive this kind of award so soon in a new venture is really something!

Hub Care’s annual conference

Hub Care Support held it’s annual franchisee conference last week, and I hear it was a real joy to bring together so many positive, happy people in one place. These kind of events are the mark of a great franchise, as being part of something bigger, and being able to rely on the support of your franchisor, are one of the biggest benefits of franchising vs going it alone.

Rather than being dry event full of long meetings and training sessions, however, the Hub Care Support leadership team went all out to make sure it was also a real celebration of everything their franchisees have achieved – especially with so many wonderful new faces joining the network over the last few months.
