She had worked in Care ever since she left school, and when she joined Hub Care Support as a Personal Assistant (PA) 6 years ago, she knew she was onto something really special. When Hub Care Support opened as a franchise opportunity, she used all her experience to also work for 3 months with their first franchisees in Berkshire. From there, she was able to see exactly how the franchise worked and quickly decided she wanted in!
Her husband, Adam, was a bit of a harder sell. As an insurance risk assessor, he was very keen to carry as much due diligence as possible before making a decision.
